Can you tell us more of the issue through PM? Also, include the serial number of your Razer Kraken headset and the link of this thread. Let's continue from there.

I bought it mid jan it hasn't been a year but it started cutting in with a pop (it sound like when you unplug any other headset) and out in early nov but dint think much about it but it keep getting worse and worse but early Jan I had quit using my razer kracken v2 and went back to my normal speakers (here's my sn:*************** and the link of the thread /razer-kraken-cutting.47790/#post-483035)
