    Hi everyone,
I'm already a user of razer stuff, I bought my first razer product about three years ago, a beautiful pair of razer kraken 7.1 chroma .
Now what is the problem? More or less two years ago all the settings I had on razer synapse (like settings for audio, mic and lighting) got resetted, I tried to set it again but evrey time I restart my PC the settings went to deafult again.
I asked help to Razer staff, as always they tried there best to help me, they asked my all the specs and other stuff that I never saw in my life (like codes line I think).
But they didn't come to an answer, reinstall the program wasn't enough, so they said to me to create another account on razer synapse and it worked.
After more or less three months after the solution I got the same problem, so I decided to not create another acc and continue to use this.
Fast forward other three months I bought a new computer (rest in peace my old PC, you make me dream for 7 years :sob:).
I got the same problem again, still not working synapse with my headset (so I can probably exclude it's a computer problem).
I bought a razer deathadder elite one year ago, it's perfectly working with synapse.
Now, why I open this topic? Well headset still work great even if I can have the settings saved, but now I want to know if anyone got my same problem, and if anyone have some idea to solve it.

I believe I've seen others around here who have had similar issues and perhaps they will be able to offer you some advice. However, I would recommend that you contact Razer Customer Support and see if they have any fixes available.

Another great option to keep in mind (even though it won't assist in fixing your problem, it could prevent it from happening to others) is if you go into Synapse and in the upper right corner use the gear icon and then click the button to give feedback. You can explain your issues and they'll be sent to the team to look at. If enough people have the same issues and submit feedback, then it's definitely a way to get a fix rolling that much sooner.

Good luck solving the problem, I hope you find the answer quickly!
