Hi there,
I bought my wife the Razer Kraken Kitty BT Quartz Edition and I have now following problem on different PC's and the Firmware is Up to date and all BT driver on the PC's also.

I start the Headset.
I pair the Headset via Windows.
When its paired it says for Output:
Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition Stereo (Standard Device)
Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition Hands - Free

For Input only:
Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition Hands - Free

When she is only listening to Music / Ingame Sound everything is fine.
But when she needs to use the Microfon the Sound turns off.
It doesnt matter if this is Discord, Ingame - Voice or even a Microsoft Service / Sound-Mixer overview.

When the Output is then changed to Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition Hands - Free sound appears but tbh. it sounds like a Stream which is very low on Qualitiy and have lot of interferecnes and like the Sound is comming from the backgroudn etc.
Well it sounds like sh*t.
When the Microfon is not used anymore in 90% of all cases the Headset switch back to Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition Stereo with good sound in 10% of all cases it sounds like a mix between the good and the sh*t sounds which make it sh*t at all.

I see the issue is somewhere in the driver for this headset or even the headset itself
The sound also turns off when I am in the Soundmixer and switch from Output to Input tap because the mic get activated for this.

Some Screenshots:

As you can see in the Screenshots for the Inputmixer the Headset only installed the Hands-Free stuff.
When I disconnect the Hands-Free stuff the Stereo works fine but no Microfon availible.

No one an Idea?
I just saw that all PC's have BT 4.2.
As per specification of BT 5.0 it should work without issues or do the Kitty Headset need all the time the bigger Bandwith of BT 5.0 for Sound and Mic?

I have now a Bluetooth 5.0 Dongle and a complete fresh Windows 10 installation... Still the same Problem.
The sound is like if you sitting in the waiting line of a call center
