Razer Kraken Kitty disconnecting

    I just got my kitty headphones, person I got them from told me they are barely used, or just came out of packaging to test if they work, but I really don't mind if they are used, just want to mention that I do not know the real state of the headphones.
    The problem is that after testing them out for few days now they keep making two popping sounds and disconnect and reconnect.

    I tried update windows, synapse is up to date, tested both usb ports (I do use them on gaming laptop) but they keep doing that and it's pretty often so it makes me very annoyed. Everyone keep saying it's the problem with the synapse... But can it be wires? Maybe someone with same issue changed the wires and got the problem solved? I really don't want to change it for nothing, because I will not be able to get pink cord (which I love how it looks). :/ It disconnects mostly when I move them, when I put them still they do not dc. Or I should keep trying to play with updates, drivers and all?

    I closed synapse app, tried to move the headphones around, they still disconnect and reconnect, when they reconnect the mic mute turns on all the time it reconnects, but the white light doesn't come off. (with synapse open the lights goes off and on)

    I have this problem as well, no. It is not the cable problem because i take good care of my headset and they started having the same issue that you have after just 3 or 4 months of use. I thought it was a cable problem until a friend told me its software or hardware issue. Razer support continues to ignore us apparently.

    If it disconnects every time you move, it's highly likely a hardware problem. Nevertheless, have you tried the steps here for further isolation? If you have questions, feel free to check our self-help or PM me anytime should you need further assistance.
