Razer Kraken Kitty Edition BT - Bad sound quality

I have the Razer Kraken Kitty BT edition headset.. And i bought a 5.0 BT dongle to use with it. Obviously i got the headset for the intent to use when gaming - especially for my streaming on twitch.

Currently, I have two issues that I need help with. I cannot find a solution and I am hoping someone here maybe knows how to fix it.

1. My internet lags when I have them connected. (I assume it is because I am using wifi instead of an ethernet cable - I read that wifi and BT use the same channels sometimes - and currently I cannot have a direct line to the router).
Is there no way I can maybe change channels or something so they do not conflict and cause the lag?

2. (The MOST IMPORTANT PROBLEM) My headset's sound quality is absolutely trash. When connected to the bluetooth it connects twice.. One instance is called "Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition Stereo", and the other is called "Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition Hands-Free AG Audio".
Now the problem with this is, the Stereo version's sound is INSANE. But then for some reason I cannot use the mic. When I activate the mic, which is under the other device connection, it takes away my sound. The only way it seems to work for me currently is to use the mic from the same connection for input and output = but the end result is, my sound is terrible. It sounds like I have cellphone headphones on.. It is really so terrible for gaming or listening to music (even VOIP sounds bad).
Has anyone else using this headset experienced it, and potentially have a fix for me to use the headset stereo and the mic so I can have the good quality and the mic active at the same time - i am NOT keen to use a standalone mic, what is the point then of having a headset that even has a gaming mode, if it cant have great quality and a mic.

Also, for some reason my Synapse (3) does not always pick up my headset - I then have to unpair, remove the drivers of my dongle, reinstall and then repair for it to work.

Have you tried connecting it to a different computer/mobile device and check if the issue persists? Were there any changes made to the device before the issue? Let's isolate the behavior by performing the steps from this link. Let me know if it helps. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
