Razer Kraken Kitty Edition keeps disconnecting

My headset keeps disconnecting and then reconnects just to diconnect shortly afterwards again.
I purchased it in July 2020 and this issue keeps reappering from time to time usually lasting for a few hours now its been going on for a week.

I have been trying to reinstall the software but sadly didnt fix the issue.

Try~~~

  • Remove your headset from USB or 3.5 mm
  • Uninstall your Synapse and audio driver
  • Reinstall your Synapse and audio driver
  • plug your headset to a different USB port

You can also try plugging it to other PC to check if it's some software issue on your PC or hardware fault (faulty headset).
