My Razer Kraken Kitty (USB Type) at first is not detected in Synapse. So I tried everything that is mentioned in this thread https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4000 and it solved the issue. My headset is now detected in Synapse.
But when I shutdown my laptop and then open it again, the headset is not detected again. So I tried to repair my Synapse and it worked again. I have to repeat this process everytime I shutdown or restart my laptop.
Another major issue is when I join a call (via MS Teams, Zoom, or Messenger in Chrome). the headset keeps on disconnecting then reconnecting. It will disconnect and reconnect every 2-3 seconds and will continue non-stop.

Were there any updates made to your system before the issue? Are you using those communication platforms via browser or app? Let's perform a clean reinstallation of your Synapse by clicking this link.
