Razer Kraken Kitty Edition - NOT CONNECTING AT ALL!!!!

Alright... I am at my wits-end on this one...

I bought my partner one of these headsets as this is what she wanted, on her Desktop it WILL NOT CONNECT at all HOWEVER on my Desktop and both of our Surface Pros it works just fine so I understand this is a hardware issue.

I have tried everything that I can think of trying to get this to work and I have no idea now.
Things that I have tried are:
1.Remove Synapses + all files regarding
2.Remove all drivers associated with the Headset
3.Try multiple different USB ports ranging from 2.0 to 3.0
4.Try a powered USB 3.0 hub (I know this would do nothing but I am trying everything)
5.Update every single driver all the way to firmware update for Bios...
6.Install Synapses 2 (Legacy)
7.LASTLY!!! I even just tonight, on my only day off from work decided to just completely nuke the computer and format every single drive, do a complete fresh install of Windows 10 Pro x64 including fresh drivers BEFORE installing Synapses or ever connecting the Headset...

Nothing has worked, I have noticed that in Synapses 3 disconnecting and reconnecting the headset USB will show it in Synapses 3 for only a short second before disappearing.

These are the Computer Specs as well:

This is what Device Manager is showing for the Human Interface:
(It does show up here)

Here are the drivers being downloaded WHEN the Headset gets plugged in so it does get detected in some form:

Here is the entire Device Manager with sound + audio expanded:

THX Spatial - Synapse is what I think the Headset as it is the only thing that is new after the updates (above)

And here is a list of the Sound Devices that are usable:

However, selecting "Speakers (THX Spatial - Synapse)" does not give any sound through the headset at all.

And last here is a super short Gif. of the headset instantly disconnecting in Synapses 3:

I do apologize for the massively large post but I am beat... This is doing my head in and my last thought is it might be a comparability issues or conflict between the Hardware and the Headset but I don't know...

The amount of effort you've put into this thread is greatly appreciated. Anyways, the headset should appear under the Audio tab instead of the Human Interface Devices tab. The HID drivers may be interfering with the actual headset drivers causing it to appear then disappear in Synapse. Do shoot me a PM so I can help you with troubleshooting and RMA if necessary.
