Razer Kraken Kitty Edition - Voice sounds robotic

Hello there!

On Monday, I received my Kazer Kraken Kitty edition headset and I'm very happy with them- Yesterday, I was playing with some friends and they said that my voice sounded robotic at times. I thought it was my internet connection or something similar until I recorded my voice and I heard the issue. I replugged the headset to my other USB ports, I uninstalled Synapse 3 and I have tried other things to try solve the problem. However, nothing has worked. I previously had the Razer Kraken headset and I didn't have any problems of this sort.

Is there anything you can do to help me?

Thanks for posting your Razer Krakent Kitty's concern here. Have you tried disabling all mic enhancements on Razer Synapse 3.0 microphone settings?
