Razer Kraken Kitty Edition - Voice sounds robotic

Hello!

I have recently bought the Kazer Kraken Kitty edition and have had them for 2 weeks now and the mic had been working just perfectly for those 2 weeks. Just yesterday, I hopped into a discord call with my friend and he immediately told me that I sounded like a robot. I thought it might have been discord or my internet connection. I restarted my internet, my computer and even switched between all the USB ports. Nothing worked.

I was on a call earlier with a different friend just a few hours ago. Since he was the last person I talked with, I asked if my mic was fine. He replied yes, that I sounded normal. There was a 2-hour separation between those calls. And between those 2 hours, all I did with my headset was set it aside on a stand and took a nap.

I do not have Synapse 3.0 on my computer since am using a Mac. All I can do is just plug it in, so I don't have any sound settings to adjust.
