Razer Kraken Kitty Edition, wire issues after no physical Damage.

So I purchased my razer kraken kitty edition on January 26 2020, and on April, after receiving quite literally no physical damage or anything, the headset decides to stop working, and I would now need to keep the wire held in very awkward ways in order to stop it from disconnecting, and even taping it in such awkward and aesthetically displeasing positions, because my experience would now consist of being incredibly immersed into a game, and then out of nowhere the headset crackle, pops, and disconnects, and it’s such a shame because the sound quality on these things is really great, owning them for under a year, without abusing them or applying any pressure to them they suddenly decide to break down on me, I thought I could deal with this wire issue, but the retailer I bought from provided me with no warranty and I was okay with that due to my razer products having a track record of NEVER breaking, but now nothing can cover me. And this doesn’t seem to be a software issue as I reinstalled everything twice.
