Razer Kraken Kitty's will not stop disconnecting and reconnecting

I've had these headphones for just a little over a year, and several months ago they started frequently connecting and disconnecting. Audio will cut out, follow by a small popping noise, and then they'll reconnect. Sometimes, this will just happen on a continuous loop until I switch which USB it's in. And then, inevitably, it starts doing it again. I've updated every driver, installed and reinstalled Synapse multiple times, and reregistered it on Synapse, and nothing seems to work. I love these headphones, and don't want to have to get new ones. Any advice?

I'm having the same issue! It freezes my computer when it happens too. The only thing that works for me is to keep restarting my computer until it goes away for a little while. I've contacted razer support about it too but its just such a long process
Same here! Super annoying!! I've tested the headphones on a different computer, same problem. It's really frustrating, as these headphones were NOT cheap at all!! There's so many threads about this issue, really hoping Razer will notice and we'll get a fix soon.
