Razer Kraken not allowing OBS to capture audio

So I recently got a new computer and a Razer Kraken Tournament Edition. I downloaded all the Razer software, and I'm pretty happy with the headset. However, I've also noticed that when the headset is my sound output, OBS cannot capture audio. I looked this up, and it seems like a bunch of people are having this issue. Does anyone have any idea what to do about this? I really like this headset, but I also kinda need to record audio.

Do you get the same results with and without the USB audio controller? For now, please put up screenshots of your Windows sound settings and your OBS settings so we can get a better picture of the current configuration.

This screenshot was taken with the headset plugged into the USB. The mic was working, but the desktop audio was not.

This screenshot was taken with the headset in the headset jack. The desktop audio was captured, but the mic wasn't. Along with this, when my headset is plugged into the USB, I can use THX Synapse Surround Sound, but when it is connected to the headphone jack I could only use 7.1 Surround Sound.
Also, I don't know how to get better screenshots on my PC... Does this give you enough information to identify the problem?
