Hello! Currently, I restore my PC and now my headset input isn't doing well and it's sad, I had past razer software but now I don't. First, I was thinking I was needing a synapse but then they told me that analog headsets don't work like that they are "Plug and Play", so why do I plug and they don't get recognized and I can't even play with them. Secondly, I think they are the dual jacks because I don't just a hunch. Anyways, if someone has something that can help me, please I need it :c

I'm experiencing the same issue, i tried everything, even resetting my audiocard drivers. Nothing seems to work. I heard that the microphone is amazing, but i can't use it either....
