Razer Kraken Pro v2 is not detected by pc

Hi, I have bought a Razer Kraken Pro v2 headset and it has only just arrived today. Upon plugging it in, i saw that it seemed to not be working. I tried with other devices, they all worked fine. However, it doesn't work with my computer. After looking around more, I found that the realtek audio manager had noticed it was plugged in as it showed the two slots it was using. I still can't find it in the sound control panel nor anywhere else and I still can't hear audio with it.
