Razer Kraken Pro v2 not recognized by Razer Synapse 2.21
The surround sound on/off buttons and equalizers were not working on my computer. I tried to fix it to no avail. Frustrated, I decided that there was no harm in reinstalling razer synapse. However, once razer synapse was reinstalled it no longer recognized the kraken headphones. Is there any way to fix this?

Hey there! The Razer Synapse 2.0 and Synapse 3.0 detect USB capable devices only. Please set Razer Synapse 2.0's default optimization as "Stereo Headphones" or "Razer Kraken Pro" to customize the headset's equalizer by using the Razer Surround Sound.
