I just put a support ticket in, but, is anyone else having trouble pre-ordering the Kraken 7.1 v2? I click add to cart and it brings me to an empty cart. Would like to get my order in before the free headphone stand promo goes away.

Well the Kraken Pro's are definitely worse than ManOwar's, however the Kraken 7.1 v2's vs ManOWar is a different question.

I do not have them to compare, but I think audio quality wise they are similar, though i tend to lean on the v2's to be better.
Also I saw from reviews that MoW's are worse material quality wise and creak alot.

    Looks really awesome.
Will probably buy it when my Razer Kraken Neon Pro gets broken.
Hopefully, they will have neon purple version of this too.
    :D

Wonder if they will make a wireless version of these.

Unlikely, since ManO'Wars are already a kind of wireless upgrade from old Krakens.

What's the difference between these and the ManO'War headset?

I may should have been more accurate with my last post - I more meant the Kraken 7.1 and MoW's, not the pro version.
So technically they could make like ManO'War Pro wireless or something (like a cheaper option of MoW's), but I still think it unlikely.

Edit - Also early to compare the Kraken V2's and MoW's, since the V2's are not out for testing yet.
But from old Krakens I gather, the MoW's are louder, better sound quality, more comfy but worse material.

It's time to make a wireless version of this.

    3.5mm vs USB
    stereo vs 7.1
and chromas will be louder and better sound quality overall too (I think)

The Kraken Pro V2 has 7.1 capabilities via Razer Surround. You can download the free version here: http://www.razerzone.com/surround/. If you choose to register your product over Synapse, you'll be given a free upgrade to Pro, which allows you to customize various settings.

The Kraken 7.1 V2 and the Kraken Pro V2 has minute differences sonically, but definitely nothing drastic.

Yeah I should have been a bit more accurate - native 7.1 support.
And since on that subject, how big of a 7.1 difference would those 2 headsets have?

And the sound differences I mentioned, to be specific - there should be a quality difference between digital and analog (usb and 3.5mm respectively).
And also, the Sensitivity listed differs (118db vs 123db), it is a minute difference, but a difference nonetheless.
