razer kraken te buzzing sound

I have recently bought a razer kraken TE and I have experienced a buzzing sound every time audio plays, I have tried to use every single port on my pc, it only happens with the thx connected, which I have to use because I don't have a combo mic and and headphone connector. I have also reinstalled synapse and did every thing I could find on the internet. is there anything else I can do?
