Razer Kraken TE/Kitty Edition Noise

I just get my new Razer Kraken Kitty Edition today. I realized that there is a noise coming out from the headset, A noise like lots of sand. Not sure is that called a "static noise". *The audio is like the noise we usually heard from microphone recording*

I have this problem before when I was using my Razer Kraken TE and now even my new headset. I have tried many solutions online including changing port, changing some of the settings in control panel, reinstall driver, clean installation for Razer Synapse 3, but the noise is still there.

Are there anyone that can teach me how to solve this problem?

For my Kraken TE I reduce the audio from the headset volume roller to a lower volume and increase the volume of my PC. With this way it works, but now I can't reduce the headset volume for Razer Kraken Kitty.

Anyone have an idea of what is causing this issue?

Does the noise happen while the Kraken Tournament Edition is connected to your computer via a 3.5mm port? Have you replicated the behavior by plugging the headset into another computer?
