Hi all,
so i recently bought a Razer Kraken TE, and i noticed that my friends are complaining about my sound on Discord.
Whenever i rotate my microphone hole thingy away from my mouth, i sound like im stuttering according to them. However when i listen to it using synapse's sidetone i just sound a little low, but there is no stuttering going on.
So my question is, is this a hardware related issue? Should i return my headset to where i bought it?
I appreciate any help.

Alright, i've tried skype's Echo sound test device to playback my sound. It could be skype but my microphone sound quality sounds really bad. I haven't had my friends complaning about my audio quality tho.
About the volume, i was able to hear myself with both the microphone hole rotated towards my mouth as when i rotated it away. However, when i moved the entire microphone away i did notice that my volume started to go down.
