I brought the Kraken Tournament Edition recently and I normally use the THX Spatial - Synapse whenever I connect the USB controller even though I see the Razer Audio Controller (Game/Chat). I updated the Synapse software about a week ago and now I can't get any sound from THX Spatial - Synapse and I can't get surround sound to work. I tried resetting the audio controller on the synapse software but it doesn't seem to work. I'm currently forced to use the Razer Audio Controller - Game with no surround sound even though I hit the THX side button on the USB controller. My computer sound, the actual headset volume control, and the bass setting on the USB controller are all set to max. Does anyone have a fix for this?

Nope, that's why I made this post. Hopefully, someone who has this headset finds a fix for this. This happened when I was updating Synapse while I had the headset plugged in through the USB controller while having the sound set at THX Spatial - Synapse. If it is a software issue, I hope that Razer fixes it fast cause the surround sound was the main purpose for getting the Kraken TE in the first place.

I just reset my laptop when I was upgrading my storage and the thx works now after redownloading and installing synapse
