Razer Kraken Ultimate, Crackling noise.

So i have razer headset for over 5-7 years now, And all of them were great, no problem at all 7.1 surround was perfect at all times. Now i have the Razer kraken ultimate and i've been really quite disappointed with this ones.. I just don't understand how my razer kraken 7.1 v2 pro had better sound quality and better Surround that this ones which are really expensive at the price of 150Euros. If i could i would've refunded them and change company, that is how disappointed i am with this new THX spatial audio, Its so buggy most of the time it does not work so i play on stereo, if it works the headset gets all crackly and i get earraped every second a sound comes in. How am i supposed to wanna keep wearing this headset if this keeps happening and i dont understand why, I prefer the old 7.1 surround sound system it was soooo much better than the THX spatial audio. I really sometimes can't play my games because the crackling is tooo obnoxious and i get a headache, I tried changing USB ports and its still the same problem. Is there any fix to this Bugged out spatial audio or is 150Euros gone.
