Razer Kraken Ultimate left ear weaker then right ear only on my computer

I was listening to music when I noticed that my left ear is much weaker than my right ear, I connected my Kraken Ultimate to a different computer and it worked fine, I restarted my computer and reinstalled all razer programs I had installed, and no luck, does anyone know how to fix this?

Also, it says my Razer Kraken Ultimate is a speaker and not headphones I don't know if this is a different problem or if it's because of the same issue.

And when I try to connect the Kraken Ultimate to razer 7.1 surround audio, it says I need to "use razer synapse to configure this device" this did not happen on the other computer I tested it on.

EDIT: I found out how to solve this, on the search bar search "sound settings" then under output choose your device (Kraken Ultimate in my case) then click device properties then change the balance between left and right to equal
