Razer technical support believes that this could be a hardware problem with the headset, but my friend has exactly the same headset and has exactly the same problem. Testing the headset on other computers didn't lead to anything, everything is exactly the same. I'm almost sure that this is a problem with the Synapse 3 utility, but for some reason they cannot fix it.
