Razer Kraken Ultimate no surround sound?

Hello

I recently purchased a Razer Kraken Ultimate, i set it up in Synapse and all seemed good until i wished to use surround sound. I noticed that the box did not come with 7.1 surround sound activation code, and when i registered the device on razerID, i still have not received a code to activate surround sound.

Is this a bug or does the Kraken Ultimate not come with a surround sound code?

The Razer Kraken Ultimate does not use 7.1 Surround Sound. However, you can adjust the headset's audio settings by using the Razer Synapse 3.0.
