Razer Kraken Ultimate too loud no matter what I do.

Hello. The issue I'm having has been long and tough to resolve. My Razer Kraken Ultimate Headphones are too loud no matter what I've done.
Too loud being 6/100 on windows 10 being the limit I can tolerate before it gets unbearably loud and painful. Which is not normal behavior.


I have tried.

Checking the settings in Razer Synapse 3.
Resetting the Headphones in Razer Synapse 3.
Uninstalling and reinstalling Razer Synapse 3.
Plugging my headphones into different computers, but the same issue persists there.
Reinstalling every audio driver on my system.
Updating my audio drivers.

Checked in windows audio settings.
Nothing has solved anything.
This has been frustrating but I hope there is a solution.

This is highly likely a hardware problem. Please PM me the serial number and share a copy of your receipt so I can check its warranty and validate your device before starting a case for a replacement request.
