Razer Kraken V3 Pro - Haptic Feedback causing Buzzing

Hey guys,
Just got the new V3 Pro and having some issues when haptic feedback is turned on, with haptic feedback disabled I get crystal clear audio,
when haptic feedback is enabled there is a buzzing sound whenever the haptic feedback engages,
It's almost as if the vibrations from the haptic feedback are causing some piece to vibrate.
or a better description is a tinny sound almost or the bass is to loud in a car (the base is at default and not boosted in any way)
drivers updated and reinstalled,
rebooted PC multiple times.
Not sure if it needs to be RMA.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

welcome to the club. I already had 3 defective kraken v3 pro. I've been in tough negotiations with razer since December. They can't or don't want to help. both equally bad. If you still can, return them quickly. don't bother with the support. There is only gray hair and a bad mood.

Other problems with the headset are: the battery does not charge to 100%. The battery LED always flashes yellow. Never green. And when you get between 90% - 70% with the volume control, the levels of the two ear cups are uneven.
God damn man that stuff shouldnt happen for this price man. Happened to me too

I have to second those issues mentioned by Blase65, and yeah buzzing happened to lots of guys. And yeah if you can return it, do it as fix is nowhere to be seen any time soon. V3 pro is full of issues, buzzing is lottery. Once they fix all those, i will gladly purchase it again. Until then i just stick with the ones i already have, its them who is losing money out of it.
