    Hello everyone,

I recently picked up the Razer Kraken V3 Pro, and have found the sound to be quite outstanding, in addition to the excellent haptics.

However, I have experienced two problems with the headset:

    1. Below about 80% volume, the audio is quite noticeably uneven—the left earcup becomes quieter than the right. This persists regardless of what platform I use the headset on (Xbox Series X, PC, or Mac) or if it is connected via USB or the 3.5mm analog jack.

    2. When using the headset via the 3.5mm analog jack with my Xbox Series X controller, my headset game audio is picked up and registered as my mic audio. This means everyone in game chat or my Xbox party hears everything that’s going on in my game. Even with my mic NOT plugged in and my mic mute on, this still happens. I’m not sure why this is, especially since my last Razer headphones (Razer Kraken Tournament Edition) never had an even remotely similar issue. Keep in mind this issue doesn’t occur when plugging in the headset with the analog jack into Mac or PC.

I greatly appreciate any help or troubleshooting steps that can be offered!

I bet you will have also issue with charging, which will never end and headset will think it is never fully charged.
I had this volume imbalance as well along with another issues that went from usage with pc. After failed RMA which did not help at all i decided to return this headset and now i am waiting till they fix the issues. I doubt it will be any time soon as its already 3 months after reported all of this and few weeks ago i went with another ticket to get to know whther they fix it or not, after long discussions and lies from customer support i came to knowledge from the dev team that no issues are fixed yet. So i am waiting again.

Do you reckon this is a universal defect for all of the Kraken V3 Pro’s then—considering I have already received a replacement, to no avail.

I presume the best course of action then is to return them until, as you mentioned, the problem is fixed?
