Hi,

I have recently brought the Razer Kraken V3 X and the audio is sounding weird. The best way I can describe it is that it is almost like the sound is through a window or through water, almost spacey if that makes sense. I have turned on the surround sound and it still sounds spacey no matter if it has surround sound on or not. Is this normal? Is there a way to fix this?

Have you tried connecting it to different USB ports? Let's try to isolate the behavior first by following the steps from this link. If that doesn't help, do send me the serial number of your headset via PM.
