hi im having an issue with the mic on my razer kraken X as it has abrubtly stopped working properly.
i have followed the steps listed on razer's site but have not had any success.
the mic is still recognised by the computer however it barely seems to register anything spoken into it, when i speak into the mic using a test in discord or in the sound section of the control panel, i can still see the bars filling up in response to my voice but far less than before, and the sound is never played back to me in these tests when it normally would be.
i have tried plugging the headset into different sockets and at one point plugging it into one of my speakers instead of the computer itself, briefly got it to work fine again, but now this no longer works either and im not sure what else to try or if it's a case of my mic being faulty.

I have EXACTLY the same issue. Have checked everything. Can only think a windows update has affected it, or is it being affected by NVIDIA drivers?? I am no expert and reluctant to fiddle too much but this is very frustrating. It also works fine when plugged into my old 8 year old PC but not this one.
