Razer kraken X mic not showing up

i am so desperate for a fix i have been actively searching for months and havent found one
mic doesnt show up in control panel, it isnt hidden or disabled its just not there i updated my audio drivers and everything

Were there any changes made to your system or device before the issue? Are you using a splitter when you are connecting your Razer Kraken X? Also, are you using a laptop with a combo audio/mic port, or it's a desktop PC? Isolate the behavior by connecting your headset to a different computer and check if it behaves the same.
