Razer Kraken X Mic Not Working

Alright so, since from about June of 2019, I got my Kraken X headset. When I initially got it, I thought, "Ok this is pretty good." But since I got it, my friends would tell me the mic sounded choppy, they could hear lots of background noise, or it just sounded bad. I thought this was confusing since I've seen lots of videos and the mic sounded great. So I did some digging and realized that I was using my laptops built-in mic. This was a small fix, so I tried to fix it. No such luck. I tried everything. Audio drivers, channels, checking jacks, fixing audio/output audio, configuring the mic, mic tests, MaxxPro audio thing, literally everything. So I started wondering if it was the headset's mic that was broken in general. I did a test and turned off the built-in mic. I tried a mic test, and it was silent. So now I'm pretty sure it's the mic that's messed up in general.
(It's been like this since the day I got it) the headset/mic also isn't recognized in the sound settings. I finally turned to the forum, because I've tried everything, and I honestly don't know what else to do. Sorry for the rant. I'll take any help.

Hi there! Thank you for posting your Razer Kraken X concern on our Support board. Sorry to hear about your headset's mic concern. Have you contacted our Support Team recently? By the way, what program did you use when you disable the built-in mic and tested the Kraken X mic? Have you tried connecting the headset to a different USB port or computer? If you have a laptop, please bypass the 3.5mm jack and test the mic quality there. Should the issue persists, please send me a PM. Let's continue from there.

Ok, so its a 3.5 mm jack, and I use a laptop. I used the Maxx Pro software installed in windows to switch it from my laptop's mic to the headset's mic. I then used an online mic recorder to see if t

I'm 100% sure it's the mic. I even plugged it into my iPad. When it was plugged in, it said it detected no mic. But as soon as I plugged it out, I was able to use the iPad's mic again. I've tried on another computer too. Same result. It's a 3.5 mm jack, and I used windows Maxx Pro audio to switch it to headset mic. No such luck. So basically every time it switches to the headset mic it doesn't work. From my laptop to my iPad. It's the mic.
