My parents bought the headphone for me and when i scratched the code i scratched it too hard and the words are unreadable is there any other way to get a new code even if i have to pay?

Please be aware that a damaged activation card due to mishandling is not covered by Razer's limited warranty. However, you can submit a case to our Support Team via chat or email. Otherwise, send me the following:

a. A photo that shows the damaged activation card.
b. A photo that shows the device's serial number and original box.
c. Proof of purchase.
