Hello,
my problem is that I do not have my activitation code anymore, because the headset was supposed to be a gift for my brother, but he later on decided not to use it. He does not have the package anymore, so I am alone without the activitation code. I only have my serial number. I hope you can help me out, as I do not have any hope left. I would really love to play games with 7.1 , instead of stereo.

Do send me the serial number of your headset via PM, along with the email address linked to your Razer ID. That way, I can verify its model and check if you are eligible for code generation. Let's go from there. I'll lock this thread now.
