Razer Kraken
While playing a game I set my headset down on my desk and when I got off the game and began to watch a video no sound was coming from the headset. I don’t know if there’s a button on the headset that mutes sound and I can’t seem to find one, I unplugged and plugged it back in, restarted my pc, and restarted my razer app, it still doesn’t give any sound. Any help?

Hab ich leider auch ständig. Synapse deinstallieren und neu drauf. Mach das auch schon mal 2-3 x die Woche. Mein Kraken wurde auch schon getauscht aber es bringt nix. Hatte das auch in anderen Beiträgen hier schon gepostet, jedoch scheinen das Problem nicht viele zu haben.

Unfortunately, I also have all the time. Uninstall Synapse and reinstall it. Do this 2-3 times a week. My octopus has already been exchanged, but it doesn't bring anything. Had already posted this in other posts here, but not many seem to have the problem.
