Hi everyone,

I just bought a Razer Lancehead mouse and the scroll wheel is acting weirdly : if I scroll it up or down nothing happen. To scroll, I need to click on the scroll wheel, to activate the scroll mode where the page is scrolling up if I put my pointer in the upper half of the page, and scroll down if my pointer is in the lower half of the page, which is not the way I'm used to scroll...
I've already tried the mouse with and without Synapse 3 on my pc.
Any clue ?

I appreciate your initiative in doing those troubleshooting steps. It could be the hardware causing the problem. Can you try your mouse on another computer? Should the problem persists, please PM me your device's serial number to validate the warranty status and look into RMA options.
