Hello all, I'm making the transition over to the mercury white theme for my peripherals and ordered the Lancehead brand new from Amazon. It claimed it works in chroma studio however only quick effects seem to work. When I load a custom profile for advanced effects, only my keyboard and mousemat seem to pick up the lighting profile, my mouse however does not. Is this just not compatible? Should I purchase a newer version mouse?

Advanced Chroma effect is also applied to the mouse? Or mouse is "greyed out" in Chroma studio? Just post a screenshot - it should explain everything.

You got it. It appears greyed out however it allows me to select it in certain chroma effects only. It appears I can customize it manually. The template I want to use doesn't carry over to the mouse... the screenshots below.

i believe I figured it out. I had to copy paste the effects and manually add them to the mouse. Not sure why or what the difference is between this mouse and the other razor I had. (BASILISK) this one needs the effects applied manually I guess. Weird.
