3 days ago my brand new razer lancehead (TE) starts to go crazy. it moves, but the clicking buttons didnt work, pages on chrome are closing only by clicking on the top bar itself, and the only thing that fixes that is to close all the win 10 firewall. how can i fix this?
update: the problems came back even though i shut down the win 10 firewall.
i'm all out of ideas :slightly_sad: help! please

Can you put up a video of this happening so we can get a better understanding of your situation? Also, please change your nickname to something else as the current one appears to be a serial number.
