Razer Laptop in for RMA still waiting for a respone.. (3weeks ago)

Hi,

I sent in my Razer 15 2018 advanced model on July 6th, because of overheating as well as mic and cam issues. I have been told they cannot repair my laptop and will send me a replacement (july 15th). After multiple follow-ups, they still have not even contacted the team that is responsible to send me a replacement laptop (August 6th).

I need this laptop for work, and this delay is causing me financial stress.

This is horrible customer service.
