Thanks for the firmware, it works like a charm. It was so annoying to power on the Leviathan every time you take a brake or just simply not using some sound.

  2. I wonder why this isn't official yet. Why Razer is waiting to include this fix in their downloads / support area?

Because it is not designed by Razer and is not Razer Supported, that's a 3rd party fix.

I have read the thread, but still all I can think of is that it's not considered a verified / certified fix by them. Not to mention, it takes an awful lot of steps to complete it correctly, most of their downloads are the software equivalent of "plug and play" so to speak.

However, going back to the first posting of this thread, it looks very suspect and 3rd party. While being just a member like anyone else and a volunteer, I can't say for sure one way or another with certainty regarding the accuracy or legitimacy of the file. I will comment that the name also doesn't feel very "Razer'ish" being named beethoven11_v1.0.0.0.mdu I also did notice that the initial thread was locked before anyone could comment or participate as well. So that also calls things into question. I'm not going to attempt to say with any degree of certainty it truly is one way or the other - but what's to stop anyone at all from coming here with a fix they found, saying it came from Razer support and then posting it? Without a lot of research from the Razer staff there's no way to verify it or prove it one way or another. So, as I've stated, I can't prove anything one way or another, but I find the fact that it's not readily available to the public off the official website also says something. So, just my two cents on the whole thing.

Awesome! I was just about to put my speakers on sale, so damn tired of the continuous shut down. The sound is great but this simple stupidity make me just mad.
Anyway just flashed the firmware and after 20min it was still on. FINALLY! Hope they make it official.

Hey, so I found this looking on Reddit. It would seem the link to that file is now accessible from Razer's server. I haven't verified that it's the same file or that it works for this, but it at least appears to be same superficially. I'm not sure why it doesn't seem to be linked anywhere on their site still. Perhaps it or the instructions are still in beta as the original poster seemed to think.

    Hello everybody !!

My speakers are dying and i wanted to buy razer leviathan a long time ago BUT the only thing that keeps me away is the Auto Power off future.

I cannot understand why they are not fixing it or at least after all these years this soundbar released they didnt upgrade it to have auto power on/off future through synapse unless its a hardware problem and software cannot fix it, but i found out that there is no other desktop sound product except the leviathan so its the flagship for desktop computers so why razer?

I want to go and buy it and i am fighting with myself about the auto power off , i cannot understand how gamers dont understand gamers after all this is their moto right? For gamers by gamers!!!! (so furstrated and disappointed)
