So I bought the leviathan to use as a sound bar for my living room. However if I connect it either via Aux or optical the volume control of my TV doesn't work. As you can imagine, its a pain in the ass to have to get up and manually adjust the volume. Anyone have any ideas as to somehow control the volume remotely?

Aux is based off of your tv's volume. I've got it running for my pc and it uses whatever volume my pc is set to.

Optical works the same way, takes volume from source then filters through the leviathan volume setting.

I was thinking it is easy to fix it to the TV. I am not sure now.

Yeah im not sure why. But when I connect any type of external speakers to my TV the volume control is disabled somehow. I'm thinking I may need some sort of recieved or amplifier in order to accomplish my goal. Which kinda sucks.

The televisions now a days are all digital I thought, may be it is only for the video.

I really am looking for a product which I can connect to the TV and also has Bluetooth/WiFi connection, that way I can stream music and also connect to Bluetooth devices. I know I am asking for too much but hey I think I can :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
