Razer Logo lighting doesn't work on my Razer Blade 14 2017

I recently got this 4k Razer Blade 14 from 2017 and generally I'm very happy with it but what's unsatisfying to me is that the LED Logo on the back can't seem to be turned on permanently or for any longer than a second.

Whenever I go into Synapse and check or uncheck the box "Show lighting on logo" or something along the lines of that under lighting it lights up perfectly fine for about half a second and then subtly dims out again. It's to the point where if I press the button constantly the logo actually stays lit up in the meantime but as soon as I release it it goes dark automatically.

Considering this, I believe this would have to be a kind of software bug. What I know is that the Blade has had a mainboard replacement by the official Razer repair service not too long ago so it might have to do with that.

Thanks in advance for any help

Have you tried updating the laptop from Windows and Razer Synapse updates? Please send me the following:

a. Photo of the BIOS main tab.
b. Synapse 3.0 logs
c. Screenshot of Windows version (Hit Windows + R. Open the Run box with then type winver)

Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link here. Ensure to set the link's settings that will allow me to view its content. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
