Razer macro software

I want to make a macro that holds a key while i'm pressing a button, and it will only turn off the macro when I release the button I was pressing, is there a way to do it ? I could only do it with the peripheral of another brand but as my keyboard is a razer one and I want to set it to my keyboard and not the mice, I have to do it in the razer synapse.
