Razer Mamba 16000 DPI issues with wireless & software

So I've had the Razer Mamba (RC30-013601) for about 6 months now.
I'm still annoyed by the fact that for some reason, this €150 mouse is not supported by Synapse 3.
I have to use an older version of Synapse just for this mouse, while the rest of my set-up uses Synapse 3 flawlessly.

Then, I've only used the mouse wireless for a couple of times because of connectivity problems.
It just keeps losing connecting (stops moving in-game) for 0.1-0.5 seconds while playing FPS games. Of course, this is the difference between a kill or a death.
I even went as far as to move the receiver right up to my mousepad, to no avail.

Are these common issues? Will this mouse ever be supported for Synapse 3?

This should answer your question. Due to "roadblocks" with older wireless devices, the older Mamba will likely not be getting Synapse 3 support.
