RAZER MAMBA 16000 - Freezing

Hi,

I own a RAZER MAMBA 16000 and recently it started freezing and not reacting at all too movement. I'm using it as wired at the moment and tried cleaning it and the drivers seems to be up-to-date. I've had it for a few years and it's been working fine up until recently and now I can't use it at all.

Would anyone be able to help or recommend anything?

Do you have an another fully working Windows 10 pc with synapse installed?
Test it with a spare machine that way you can see if it is a software issue or a hardware issue
Yes, I do and that's a good idea...I should have thought about that! Thank you for your help and will give it a go!

Is your issue fixed? If not, then make sure that you have an updated Synapse. Also, if you are wired connected, try to connect it on a different USB port. Sometimes that helps. Have a great day!
I'm having the same issue but what i did is i updated my razer synapse and luckily it did fixed the issue. Hope it will not happen again.
