Razer Mamba TE Cuts out

This has happened since I originally got the mouse, Every now and then the mouse (generally after i lift the mouse to adjust it) cuts out for roughly 3 - 5 seconds. I originally solved this by using synapse 2, adding a custom mouse mat, and somehow this fixed the mouse so that it wouldn't cut out. Synapse 3 got shoved down my throat a little, so I decided to try it, but the issue came back. I tried my old strategy of adding a mat in calibration, but the program bugged every time I tried. I Tried to go back to synapse 2, but it doesn't recognize my mouse / doesn't support it. I really just want the random cutting out to stop, let that be anything that works - implementing a fix for synapse 3 to allow the mat to be added, or making synapse 2 detect my mouse, or neither that simply fixes the cuts. I've tried all the common fixes for synapse 2 (reinstalling firmware, synapse 2 itself, and drivers). I've tried cleaning the mouse, but the problem has been with the mouse since I've owned it (bought new). any help will be greatly appreciated
