Razer Mamba TE Keeps Stoping for 2 years

Dear Razer,

I was a huge fan of your company, but this Mouse problem was following me since when I bought it. I ve tryed the chat support, email support, even phone support and warranty support (that send me a new one and no solution).

Ok, here comes the problem: Suddently the Razer Mamba TE Stops everything like: moving, buttons and etc. The Leds keeps showing, but just for test I changed the led color in Synapse 3 nothing change.

I have an Intel I9, RTX 2080 TI, 64GB RAM, W10 PRO, 2 SSDs (ONE M2), 4 HDs. So my computer is not a problem. Because my Razer Win V2, Deathadder, Tiamat V2, Orbweaver, goliathus chroma, extended chroma, Seiren, Wolverine, Portal, Leviathan, mini leviathan. All of these are working. And the mamba TE chroma even with a lot of support, No solution for 2 years? Cmon, please Solve this problem, I am not the only one facing this problem.

So what you will do to help your costumes that have this problem?

The boot solution failed, the 5 seconds reset failed, the frequency in synapse failed, the mouse pad caliber in synapse failed, the warranty for a new one failed 2 times.

Do something... Made for Gamers By Gamers? How can I play any game if your mouse keeps stopping? This is not for gamers.
