Hello I have a really strange problem with my mouse. When i lift it up a bit the cursor just moves to the right bottom corner. The more dpi I set the more it moves. I can show it in a video

I guess you never googled the mouse or saw a review for it before buying it. This is a known Z-Axis bug for the Mamba TEs philips laser sensor. Your best bet is to either RMA and hope you might get a sensor without noticeable Z-Axis shift or you might just want to switch to a mouse with an Optical sensor like the Mamba Elite or something else.

If you want to fix the issue you can contact support but as far as I know there is no way to fix it. Some users have reported using surface calibration helps on hard pads but not sure about soft mouse pads.

That's the problem with all of the Razer's mice using the Phillips Laser Sensor (which they've thankfully stopped using). If you purchased the mouse recently, I recommend returning it and getting a Mamba Elite (essentially the same mouse, but with a state-of-art optical sensor).

Ehh, in that case, I would recommend putting it back in the box and selling it as barely used. You can sell it for ~65% of the retail price, and then buy the Mamba Elite.

You can try to RMA it since its likely under warranty. And once they ask you to send it in ask them to exchange it for a mouse of similar value. So you might get a Deathadder Elite in its place but atleast you wont have this issue with it. In the end you lose out of some value since the Mamba was slightly higher priced.
