Razer Man O War - Weak Sound on PS4

Hello !

I bought a Razer Man O War and I setup it in Razer Sinapse, but when I put the headphones on my PS4, the sound il really weak.
Like the half of the possible sound in a PC.

Have you a solution for increase the volume (the volume is set to the maximum in the PS4) ?

And the wheel of volume does'nt work on PS4 (in PC yes).

Hello! What specific model of the Manowar are you using? Also, have you tried to use it with other PS4 consoles to see if the volume stays low?

The model of my headphones is a Razer Man O’ War 7.1 wireless 2.4Ghz (the cost is 199,99€ in razer.com).
I already try on two different PS4 but it’s the same problem.
A friend of mine tell me that the problem can come from a recent upgrade.
You know something about it?

Thanks for the reply. The ManO'War wireless can be used with the PS4 but will only output 2.0 Stereo Audio so this might make it seem that the volume is lower. Also, the volume wheel was designed to work when used with the PC and will not work with the PS4. You can change the volume through the PS4 itself. Let me know if you have any questions.
