Razer Man O War Wireless - Need help!

Hi guys,

Hope you are doing well!

I'm facing an issue with my ManO War Wireless headset as it is not working properly. When I connect it to my PC it is recognized as the ManO War by Synapse 2, but the headset does not work. I can select it as my default audio device but still nothing happens. When I press the power button it does absolutely nothing (but still gets recognized).

I tried installing and reinstalling Synapse 2, Synapse 3 and did a clean Windows 10 reinstall on my PC (for another reason but still did it).

Given that the headset is not able to power on, I think it's an issue more related to the firmware than the drivers, but wanted to give the easy workaround a shot.
I saw several posts talking about a Razer firmware updater and a V31/V32 version of the headset firmware but was unable to find it in this forum.. wanted to know if anyone would be able to help me through this.
